I have always been fascinated how with one snap of a button you can capture a moment in time and keep it with you forever. I knew even as a little girl that I wanted to work with children so I became a pediatric oncology nurse. I especially loved the kids and the families that I helped care for. After several years of marriage, I took on the most important job of becoming a Mommy. Being blessed with my two munchkins, I became obsessed with capturing their special moments on camera. My love of photographs drove me to learn more about my camera and photography and this snowballed to me starting Ellis Avery Photography. I have been blessed to work with children and families again but in a much different setting. I love meeting new families, spending time with them, and capturing their smiles, laughs, and even a few pouts. I want to make your experience as comfortable and fun as possible, so if we have to stop for a snack or a feeding for a newborn then I welcome it. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to capture your moments in time and I look forward to meeting your beautiful family.
